At T&M Bank, we try to give our customers the best possible customer service by using our efficient, sleek database that allows us to access customer's information with ease. At T&M Bank, we strive to ensure that the customer hangs up the phone knowing that they were given the best customer service available, and that all their needs and wants were met.
Our database is split up into 3 different tables: Loan Info, Paying Customer and Workout Officer. A Workout Officer can have many Paying Customers, but a Paying Customer can have only one Workout Officer. Also, a Paying Customer can have many Loan Information, while one Loan Information can be linked to only one Paying Customer. These relationships allow us (the Workout Officer) to be able to handle all of our customers easily and have a clean layout of all our customers information and all of the loan information they may have as well.
It is important to keep all of our company and customer information kept in order. Therefore, our database has five reports that we think are useful. Some details about a few are as follows. One of them is a Customer Loan Information Report, which allows us to see which accounts are linked to what loan type, the amount owed and the total loan amount, along with the loan classification, which is color coated in order to identify the loan classification with ease. Our next report displays all of our Workout Officers, and how much debt is linked to each employee. It shows which accounts each employee has and shows how much each account owes to the bank from their loan. This makes it easy to view which clients are linked to which Workout Officers.
